As the design lead, I was responsible for generating ideas for the campaign. These ideas would be evaluated and approved by the CMO and the Head of Brand before being launched. Each campaign was A/B tested, and adjustments were made if necessary.

Advanced Analytics was always awesome – but we made it awesomer. It’s a continuous area of investment for Happeo, and because Employee Activation relies so heavily on Analytics, it’s being updated to prepare for that sometime-in-the-future release.
